    Job Responsibilities/ KRAs:
    • Source, negotiate and purchase materials, equipment, services, and supplies from vendors based out of PAN India locations. Sourcing of relevant vendor in same category.
    • Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
    • Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
    • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
    • Prepare procurement reports, cashflow (inflow and outflow).
    • Evaluate supplier/ vendor performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
    • Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
    • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
    Required Profile:
    • Graduation/ Diploma in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
    • 5+ years of experience as a procurement executive with an events/ exhibits company and should have detailed idea of the industry functionality.
    • Open to travel as per project site requirement and visiting the vendor as and when required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and power point).
    • knowledge of Tally will be extra advantage.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive.
